Know where every crew is without calling anyone

Your crew get a simple app. You get the whole picture.

A signed estimate becomes a project with its schedule, crew, milestones, photos, notes and costs. The crew check in from their phone; you see who is where, and payday adds itself up.

What changes: you stop calling around to find out who is where. Home shows who is on site and for how long, and the timesheet fills itself from check-ins, so payday is a quick review instead of a guess.

How it goes

Three steps, no paperwork in between.

  1. 01

    The job creates itself

When the client signs, the project appears with the line items, the address and the client's details. Assign crew and set the dates.

  2. 02

Crew check in from the site

Their app shows today's job, directions and one big Check in button. At the site, the phone prompts them. When they leave, it reminds them to check out.

  3. 03

    You watch it live

Home shows who is on site and for how long. The Live crew map shows who is checked in, who is at a site without checking in, and who is on the way.

Capabilities

What run the jobs includes.

Projects

Each job has one page: what was sold, who is on it, when, what is done, and what it has cost so far. Photos and notes from the crew land here as the day goes.

  • Built from the signed estimate
  • Milestones and progress
  • Photos, notes and expenses by job

Crew app

Crew sign in with a code, no password. They see only their jobs: where to be, what to do, directions, and the check-in button. Nothing else to learn.

  • Invite by email; sign in with a code
  • Today and upcoming jobs
  • Directions in one tap
  • Photos and notes to the job

Arrival reminders

While the crew app is open, the phone knows when it reaches a job site and prompts the check-in; if they sit there without checking in, it sends a push. Leaving the site prompts the check-out. Pushes at the start and end of the workday cover the rest.

  • Arrival and departure prompts at the job site
  • Push at workday start and end
  • Owner and foreman hear about every check-in and check-out

Live crew map

While their app is open, crew phones report where they are. The owner sees a map with the job sites and a pin per person, and a status line: checked in, at the site but not checked in, on the way with the distance, or last seen.

  • Map of job sites and people
  • At the site but not checked in, flagged in amber
  • Crew see a line that the office can see them while the app is open

Timesheets and crew pay

Every check-in becomes a time entry. The timesheet shows hours by person and day for the week, exports to CSV for payroll or your accountant, and pay (hourly or per job) is approved in a tap and logged as an expense.

  • Weekly or biweekly pay periods
  • CSV export
  • Hourly or per-job pay
  • Approved pay becomes an expense

Questions

Asked before signing up.

Does location tracking work when the app is closed?
No. The phone reports where it is only while the crew app is open on screen. Pushes at the start of the workday bring it up.
Do crew need their own account?
You invite them by email; they sign in with a code. No password, no per-seat fee.
Can I add hours by hand?
Yes, from the job. Entries added by hand are marked as such on the timesheet.
