The invoice writes itself. The client pays from a link.
Deposit, progress and final invoices come from the signed estimate. Clients pay by card or bank, receipts go out on their own, late invoices rise to the top, and your books stay in step with QuickBooks.
What changes: the invoice goes out the day the job is done, the client pays from a link instead of mailing a check, and anything late comes to you with the reminder already written.

Questions
Asked before signing up.
What does it cost to take card payments?
Stripe's processing fees apply, shown when you connect. MagicBuild's subscription is the same either way.
Can clients pay part of an invoice?
Yes. Partial payments are recorded and the receipt shows the remaining balance.
Do I have to use Stripe?
No. Record cash, check or Zelle by hand and MagicBuild still tracks what is paid and what is owed.
